The building and park we now know as Lang-Carson was originally a school. Which member of the Reynolds family was it named for? (Hint: It’s not the one you think.)

Though Madison Reynolds is credited as Reynoldstown’s namesake, and also gave his name to Madison Yards, the elementary school that opened here in 1960 was named for his son, Isaiah P. Reynolds. The P. stands for Pearson.
