30th Anniversary

Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026

The Wheelbarrow Festival is Reynoldstown's beloved annual celebration, held each September at Lang-Carson Park in Atlanta. Since its founding in 1996, it has grown into far more than a neighborhood event — it's a homecoming, a reunion, and a living expression of what makes Reynoldstown one of Atlanta's most spirited communities.

Now the neighborhood's largest fundraiser, the festival brings together locals and visitors alike for a full day of live music, yard games, local food, and a vibrant artist market. It also plays host to Atlanta's one-of-a-kind Tiniest .5K Race — a lighthearted nod to the community's sense of humor and joy.

But the Wheelbarrow Festival is about more than a great day out. Every dollar raised goes directly to the Reynoldstown Civic Improvement League (RCIL), supporting programs like Neighbor in Need, the Halloween Block Party, neighborhood beautification and greenspaces efforts, and the Reynoldstown Farmers Market.

At its heart, Wheelbarrow is a celebration of community — of neighbors showing up for one another, of honoring the unique and irreplaceable character of Reynoldstown. Whether you're a longtime resident or a first-time visitor, you'll leave feeling like you belong.

Come for the music. Stay for the community.
