Reynoldstown DEAL

DIGNITY AND EQUITABLE ACTION LINK

WHAT IS DEAL?

The Reynoldstown DEAL (Dignity and Equitable Action Link) task force acts to reach out to our diverse community in an equitable way to create engagement with overlooked community members, address injustices, and provide tools to further our neighborhood legacy as a space where all residents know and feel that they belong, and their dignity is upheld.

The RCIL task force will advise in matters of existing RCIL programs and the support of its bylaws (residential character; encourage and maintain a diverse community without regard to age, race, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or economic backgrounds).

We meet on Zoom every 2nd Tuesday of the month | 6:30 - 8 p.m.

DEAL member - RAMP artist Erich Harvey conceived of and designed the 7 Days in Reynoldstown campaign concept.  He thanks the DEAL team and the RCIL Board for their support and green lighting of the idea. Erich credits the inspiration that RCIL Board member Clay Jamison provided during a DEAL meeting, when he said "Just say, Hello" in reference to (newer) residents / visitors failing to return greetings or acknowledge one another."
