We're looking for donations up to $5K to match funds already allocated by RCIL and other generous residents.
The match campaign will run from March 11 - May 12, 2019 and will be used to create a master plan for Hulsey Yards. This is a pre-emptive approach that's been successful in other development projects such as Memorial Drive.
Through grants and donations from Reynoldstown, Cabbagetown, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, and The Stacks, $34,000 has already been raised. Hulsey Yard spans the distance between two MARTA stations, borders two Landmark Historic Districts, is bisected by the Atlanta Beltline Eastside Trail, and falls heavily within Reynoldstown (see map on left) so let's make sure our voices are heard.
There will be opportunities for residents to give feedback once the plan takes shape. A small group is already in place to make sure the master plan is created and honored.
