In 1952, the Reynoldstown Civic Improvement League (RCIL) was established by the Atlanta University School of Social Work and the Atlanta Urban League to promote voting and civic engagement. By sponsoring and partnering with RCIL, businesses, organizations and individuals help RCIL advocate for our community, provide assistance to neighbors in need, create healthier green spaces, foster neighborhood connections, and preserve and respect our neighborhood history.
